I am so sorry you are having problems. I know how hard it is to do those exercises, but I wouldn't give up just yet. Keep trying them, but only do a couple every hour or so and see if you can build up to them. I started doing those exercises after I had had vertigo several times. I don't know if it would be harder for someone to do them right in the middle of the first attack. You might need sometime to heal. It is always a good idea to see your doctor to determine just what you have and if he says it is the virile vertigo then I know these exercises will eventually help. good Luck1

I developed vertigo for the first time in my life a month after receiving the 2010-2011 Flu vaccine. I was down and in bed for almost 10 days and although the vertigo went away after 4 days I was very weak. I would go into a sweat several times during the day. Well finally I was feeling better and returned to work. On the second day of my return I got a dizzy spell and sweat like crazy. That is when I found your Blog. I have tried these exercises. But I only can do them one time because the dizziness is so bad to one side that it is too scary and then I start to sweat profusely. Any advise? I have to go to work tomorrow the day after Thanksgiving and Saturday and have an extremely high caseload basically by myself.
