New eBook on Restless Leg Syndrome!
I have been working off and on between job and family, for the last 2 years on an eBook about RLS. I have had so many people ask me questions about Restless Leg Syndrome that I just didn’t feel my blogging could adequately cover everything. So, I decided a couple of years ago to start putting down my thoughts on RLS along with the most recent research. I wanted a book that was easy to follow and not very long, only 70 pages. A reference book that I felt would address most peoples concerns and give them some different choices of treatment for their RLS. I know that one cure does not fit all, but I do think there are standard things that everyone should do that is afflicted with RLS. I am trying to work out all the technical stuff and sometimes that feels like looking through a glass darkly, but I hope to have it up and going on my website for your reading pleasure in the next couple of weeks. I also hope to have a system set up that will notify all my readers everytime I write a blog so that if you are interested you can check it out on my blogsite.
I welcome all your comments on my upcoming eBook.

I am interested where else can I comment on this web site? I click on “contact us”, and I get nothing. I would like to see references to see who you are quoting and where your info comes from. You mentioned the WE MOVE site in one blog you wrote. Usually I do not recommend a web site to my rather large support groups (over 1500 members online), unless there are references that we can check. So, I ask you again, you said “in my professional opinion” on one page. I have been researching for 12 yrs. So, I can pretty much spot the good sites from the not so good ones that may exist just to sell things under the “guise” of a site with factual content. Also, these supplemdents have not been recognized by the FDA, so would like to see more research on these. Can you provide that?

Kris,
I have discovered something that worked for my restless leg for a couple of years and I have seen nothing about it anywhere on the web. I was taking 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 and decided to bump it up to 300 mg. The same day my RLS went away. If I forgot to take it I’d get RLS that night. It also got rid of most of my food allergies. After a couple of years it wasn’t so effective. I told a couple of other people who also got good results. The only problem is that I got a side effect of increased reflux. Maybe there is no free lunch!

Hi Colleen,
Thanks for asking. Yes I have not only started but I have also finished my e book. I am working with my web guys to get it launched. It has had some wrinkles that I hope to have ironed out soon. I want to be able to send a notice to all my subscribers and since I have so many it has presented a problem for them to get it set up. I will let you know when it is ready.
